I ordered through Lowes, which used the wrong address for delivery. I caught the mistake before the items shipped and called Altman Plants to correct it. Whoever "fixed" the address only corrected 1/2 my order, so I am missing items. Both Lowes and Altman Plants are saying I'm SOL...but we changed the address for 1/2, so they're either incompetent or lazy, and they see an excuse to charge me anyways. Lesson learned. TDLR: Buy from a local nursery. Don't purchase from Altman Plants (or Lowes).
