Karen was great to work with. She was on top of things and kept me well informed on the status of my loan. We were on a tight time line to get this deal done and with her help she was able to get Mike with Meridian Title to come in on a Saturday to get the loan closed so we could move in to our new home. First time home buyers here. The process was very easy. We met in the morning to sign our papers and were completely done in about 30 minutes. They were willing and able to explain any questions we had about the documents we were signing. Up until then, all the other paper work was done electronically, which makes it so much easier. We had a great experience with Altius Mortgage!
We had the chance to work with Dave. We first approached the idea of a house over two years ago, and we put Dave through the ringer with questions. We utilized his suggested realtor who is OUTSTANDING. Together, we were able to find an awesome house - then a great rate, with a lower amount than anticipated due at closing. Worked pretty much flawlessly.
Tammy was great to work with when I purchased my new home! She was quick to respond with my many questions and clearly laid out all of my options. Closing was a breeze because there were no surprises. I'd recommend Tammy and Altius Mortgage to anyone!
