Great company to work with. A quick and easy refinance
DeLoy was awesome. Great with communication and did what was necessary to not only get us in our home but got us in early!
My experience with Altius was mostly good. Being a prior loan officer, it is very hard to let go of everything and just let someone else handle your loan. There were some things that had me discouraged through the process, and that I would have handled better, but overall Neil and his team did a great job. I would say that the most important thing, was that they were ready to close 3 weeks early. This is one thing that is hard to get elsewhere.
Dave Monson was amazing. He always took his time to explain everything for me. I never felt pressured or rushed. Despite how busy he was, he never hesitated to take all the time I needed to have something explained. He was very responsive and informative. He was always in our corner. He met deadlines and was great to work with. I absolutely recommend using him and we will always use him going forward.
I loved working with Shantel at Altus Mortgage Group. She made getting a home loan so quick and easy! She was always there to answer my questions and get documents to me way beyond normal business hours. I highly recommend them.
Working with Jacinda was a dream! She made the process of buying a new home nearly painless! Not only was she fantastic to work with, but she helped us push our closing date up by a week so we didn't have to be homeless for more than a few days.
