On Nov 2, 2017, I called Altius Mortgage to refinance my home using my VA Benefits. Today, Saturday Dec 23, 2017, I signed the closing papers. We just closed our refinance with Altius Mortgage yesterday. This was by far the smoothest mortgage transaction we have ever had. Neal Bingham was amazing to work with. The process was so simple and secure. If you need a mortgage of any kind, Altius should be the pace you get it.
Neal has done our mortgages for over 13 years and we wouldn't go with anyone else! We are not a typical easy case to deal with because we have rental properties but Neal handles our loans with efficiency and speed. We will never go anywhere else.
