Peak living destroyed this place I Lived there for over five years. After Peak living bought them from Cowboy properties I said see ya. the only problem I had when Cowboy properties owned them was being so close to the homeless shelter. Not anything you can actually do about that. Now with peak it's ridiculous. the management doesn't know what they are doing. Altitude on Fifth These are very nice apartments. We are four people living in a two bedroom place and it's very comfortable. The only thing I do not like it's that we're so close from the homeless shelter but that's not the management's fault!!! They are close to everything only two blocks away from the trac station. I would definately recommed them!

Overall you get a good deal on what you pay for wi... read more
