HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE The management does not care at all , it stinks so bad it some of the halls it’s gross ! Homeless people do drugs in the stairs !
Great Place to live! So far I’ve never had any issues living here! Everyone is great to me. Absolutely love living here and it’s quiet even though it’s above the gateway I thought I’d hear a bunch of noise from traffics. But nope! Love love love it here. Highly recommend. ??
Worst place to live in Salt Lake If I could give negative stars I would. Don’t live here! When we first moved in it was ok. However , the office staff are rude and very unprofessional from not addressing your concerns to gossiping about residents openly. BAD management & run down building! DO NOT live here!! We’ve been dealing with bug infestations since we moved in. The water heater has been having problems for months and they keep saying it’s going to be 6-8 weeks to fix it. They have been overcharging me on my rent/utilities and refuse to do anything about it! I filed in small claims court after trying to work with them for weeks! This place is the worst!! Do not live here!!
Management is horrible, They could care less... It's sad to see what a disaster this place is becoming knowing how great it really could be. The management doesn't seem to care about the cleanliness, security, and operations of this property. They really don't seem to care about the tenants who have not only lived here through all the terrible changes but the new tenants coming in. If you love mice and rats prefect place for you! This place is so dirty, they don't clean at all! you will find rats and mice in your kitchen, bathroom outside in the hallways, trash in the elevators. Management is beyond horrible here. They will try to get money out of you for everything! There's hidden fees too. Don't move here... this place is so terrible...homeless people EVERYWHERE!! Screaming outside all night. Trying to get in the buildings.
Great community! This really is a great community. The management is super friendly and responsive to maintenance requests. You absolutely can't beat the location.. central to everything and close to the freeway. LOVE!
Say What As a resident of 5 years, I understand High-Rise living is unique. Challenges as well as benefits. My units well maintained, offering many upgrades. Featuring large window, awesome views, High celling, as well as a Full size Washer/Dryer. I am a Night Person. Look elsewhere. They charge hidden fees from move-in to a 30$ per month 'convenience fee' on top of utilities. My car has been broken into twice while parked in their 'secure underground garage'.
