This place is not worth the cost. There is absolutely no guest parking - every spot is numbered, and if a guest parks in one even briefly, their car gets tagged with a huge green tow sticker that is incredibly difficult to remove. Management claims they charge fees for residents not picking up dog waste, but judging by the constant dog poop left in the dog area, that policy clearly isn’t being enforced. Victor head of maintenance is the best you will ever deal with and professional/great at his job, they will keep ur damage deposit an try to charge u a fine even tho there is laws against that, avoid this place
