Just not worth the asking price Management is just not what it’s used to and the lack of security is BEYOND frustrating. You will not feel safe at this property I can promise you that!

Horrible Management Ever since being taken over by Sherman, this property has gone down hill. Utility cost are insane 300+ a month for electric. Constant crime issues lately and office staff refuse to care or do anything about it. I wouldn’t recommend anyone moving here
Visual Fasad This place is visually amazing. However, don’t sign a contract here or you will be very disappointed. The turnover of staff including management is out of control. I have lived here just under 2 years and they have had 3 different property managers, 3 full maintenance staff changes, and a corporate team that is looking to cash in rather than making you feel welcome. Stay far away from this place. Check all reviews and do your research because we all have the same complaints.
Deceptively beautiful apartments These apartments are beautiful. Granite counter tops, spacious floor plans, and wonderful amenities. Unfortunately that is where the buck stops. The walls are paper thin, and I paid higher utility bills here than I've ever paid anywhere else(even more than a house).
