I loved my first year here. Great service, great maintenance, management was willing to listen and negotiate to make your home enjoyable. Then Sherman Residential purchased the property and my 5 star excitement has gone to ZERO. They say that they have security cameras...they aren't on. Packages from the mail room are stolen all the time, bikes have been stolen and no video footage (because it "wasn't working") to catch the criminals who are all living amongst us. My husband and I sold a large historical home and scaled way down on our “stuff”. While looking for another home, we came across a new concept of living at Altitude 970 and were the second tenants to move in over a year ago. We love the team at the awesome clubhouse, the maintenance is very quick, the grounds are beautiful, very pet friendly with a dog park, lots of great neighbors, and a very secure way of living.
