The technicians and staff here at Altex are super helpful. They were extremely helpful and patient with me in explaining options. They helped me get a new excellent desktop computer as well as helping me upgrade my laptop. They helped coach me on navigating the new computer and were super nice and helpful. Special kudos to Rio, Mason ,Christian and all of the staff there!!
Altex has been providing excellent service to our community for many many years. Especially if you're privy to DIY. Anything security, PC building, low-voltage and small electronics, this is the place. Nothing except sound advice, knowledge to share and the only place I know of for bits and pieces of components. I am so very grateful for Altex.
