I love the store. A breath of fresh air in Amazon's era. You can stop by, see, get a friendly consultation from the store guys, and decide instead of waiting for delivery and recognize that it was a wrong item.
Altex employees were very helpful and saved my computer from a phishing attack! They gave me great advice and even backed up my files and reinstalled Windows. Also a great place to find all kinds of computer related things.
Man what a lifesaver this place is! Needed some hard to find stuff that even Amazon couldn’t get me for a few days and Altex had it in stock in store! Definitely will be coming back any time I have a need.
