Mr. Raphael he means well, but he’s incompetent in certain electrical matters. He is incompetent, irrational, he finds excuses to mask his incompetence. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and a good thing is that I spotted these incompetence since the get-go his address is incorrect. Apparently he has two locations.
