My loan was transferred to this company in September 2023. At that time I was given the website pmgllc.com to make my payments. I made 9/23-12/23 payments on there with 9/23 and 10/23 going through fine. 11/23 and 12/23 were “lost” and are STILL trying to be recovered. This company needs to be investigated and shut down for their poor processes and problem resolution. I can’t wait for my loan to be transferred somewhere else.

Nothing but problems since my loan was transfered to this company 1st non stop automated phone calls EVERYDAY including weekends I called asked them to stop calling my husband's phone and my phone they told me I would have to write a letter to customer care in Phoenix Arizona telling them to stop calling our phones 2nd I used their online website to make my mortgage payment got a reference number after 8 days of not having money pulled out of my account I called they said they didn't show that I had made the payment online s... read more

This company is absolutely the MOST unprofessional company I have ever had to deal with. Being in the financial industry since 1998 I have never had an experience like the I have encountered with them. To get anyone to answer or respond to anything is an act of Congress. They never followed up on my loan, they sent a pre approval to realtors after we went through underwriting and was offered a conditional approval. Eloy B******** was so unprofessional he didn't follow up on my loan told me I was approved then 2 days before closing he tried to give my loan to a whole new company. He took no kind of responsibility what so ever all he had to do was tell before the option period was up. He never tried to help us get our money back or said he was sorry or nothing . We lost 3000.00 and none cares I'm planning on taking this to all the news stations to tell them how Alterra Home Loans RIP people off.

We recently applied with Alterra we literally were left in the dark after had giving them all our documents they requested we kept calling asking for updates we never even received a text a call or a email we lost our Ernest money , inspection , appraisal We literally were left with no other imperium but to terminate the contract. Our realtor , tittle company were left in shock for the way we were left hanging dry. We would like for alterra to reimburse us for our Ernest & inspection

Professionals who help customers save money when they are ready to purchase or refinance their biggest investment, their home or properties.Everyone on the team was so helpful and informative throughout my transaction! We closed escrow on time and I was kept up to date and informed throughout. Would definitely recommend!

Worst communication ever. I had 6 people that I could contact for updates and answers to questions, and no one would ever return my call or answer my emails. Was given constant conflicting information constantly, and those updates were given after I had given up on asking. This is the typical "we will reach out to you when we need something, but won't respond to basic questions" attitude that will eventually be their downfall.
