I received a 100% tax exempt from my county back in December and Panorama still have not applied the money they received to our account and the mortgage is constantly going up. They are totally ripping us off. They won’t even give us a breakdown of our account.

Based on the conversation, it appears that a copy of the tax bill is required to apply the tax exemption. The tax documentation that was received shows an installment amount of $4,102.32 due to the county.
