Owned by (Detail) Dave and Brenda Anderson. Altered Skin has been making Missoula beautiful for 20 years. We do all styles of tattooing, certified body piercer and Montana's largest selection of body jewelry. Award winning artists and a friendly staff. Love to draw you up a custom piece of art. We do large and small scale pieces. Appointments are recommended but walk in are certainly welcome.

Chelsie is Amazing😍 hands down recommend her !!!! She went out of her way to give me the design I loved! I was shocked when she showed me the drawing, it was absolutely stunning. Also she has super light hands, didn’t even hurt at all, she made it go by so fast as well. She is worth the wait, highly highly highly recommend Thank you so much for this beautiful piece of work 💚
I brought my little 6 year old in to get her ears pierced by Brenda. The first thing she asked was, “Is SHE ready to get them done?” That shows that her primary concern was my child’s well being. As a father that meant the world to me. The staff was courteous, professional, and efficient. Not even a Yelp or a tear out of her. Go see Brenda. She cares and that means a lot.

Brenda pierced my 5 year old daughter’s ears and did a great job! My kiddo loves them!
Phil is by far my favorite tattoo artist. Friendly, professional and an eye for detail. He has done several of my pieces and I will not go to anyone else now. Very clean shop as well!
Byron did my memorial tattoo for my uncles. He did an amazing job and explained everything perfect. All around great guy. Worth the money :) will come to him and his clean shop again!
