We do all styles of tattooing, certified body piercer and Montana's largest selection of body jewelry. Award winning artists and a friendly staff. Love to draw you up a custom piece of art. We do large and small scale pieces. Appointments are recommended but walk in are certainly welcome.

My best friend and I weren't sure what we wanted but we had an idea. Jay gave us exactly what we wanted. Very gentle and we had fun giving him a hard time. I'll happily recommend Altered Skin.
100% satisfaction every time I've gone in for a tattoo. The shop is clean and the atmosphere is calming. The artists are very talented and their work is right on point!
Definitely worth the wait and the drive from Helena. Lex was quick and gentle my piece looks delicate and feminine. And as always Dave rocked it, from design to placement. Always incredible people. Can't wait to get in with Lex again.
