I recently transferred my lease and where I moved has a garage which never open, master bedroom has no hot water ,power outlets in the kitchen not working and it's been 3 days after reporting nobody showed up, Every time I go to the office they take it very seriously but never send somebody to fix the problem.
We had kind of a rough move in, but the maintenance staff, especially Freddy resolved all our issues really quickly, and he does quality work. So far we are pretty happy with our apartment and the community!
Fiorella is the best! She is so kind and very helpful. She has helped me so much with my moving process, answered all my question with ease and didn’t make this a headache! When you come here go see her!!
We recently had our water heater break unexpectedly, and it was a stressful situation. Thankfully, Freddi came out quickly and took care of the problem right away. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. We’re so grateful for his help!
