This is not a place that you want to live for your first apartment for yourself or for your family and definitely not for your children.
Terrible experience. I lived here for 4 months and had problem after problem. Right after I first moved in our AC broke and was not fixed for 2 WEEKS in JUNE. During that time our dryer was not working and it took two work orders for them to fix it. During my entire stay here our apartment was infested with roaches and spiders. We had on average 20-30 roaches every single day especially in the kitchen. I'm a new tenant and I have had a wonderful experience so far. The move in process was easy. The staff was very nice. I had an issue of the strong paint smell, and there was a smoke smell that was in here. I put in a work order and it was done immediately.
Do not move into Apartment 1703. In my experience, the apartment had a serious mold problem, and living there was extremely difficult. I have pictures documenting the conditions I experienced. There were also ongoing issues around the property, including neighbors not picking up after their dogs and the pool frequently being closed. I truly wish I had read the reviews before moving in.
