Moved in May 31st 2026 and have had a horrible experience. The single bedroom is nice but nothing else compares. The floors were dirty when I moved, my toilet seat was missing basic hardware, there was an ant nest in my bedroom window upon moving in, as I’m writing this my dishwasher had been broken, disconnected and covered in black mold for 28 days and now my sink is flooding the cupboard below. Halston Riverside has to have the longest list of problems of any apartment complex I've ever lived in. Probably the worst in terms of maintance, management, and transparency. The first problem arose when I first moved in. They advertised brand new remodeled apartments but for some reason I was given one of the old units that had no renovations. The carpets were dirty but they assured me they'd be cleaned. After the most half-assed cleaning, the carpets remained dirty and I was told they could not do anything to change them.... read more
If you are considering living here, please look elsewhere. I helped a friend move into their unit and was shocked by the conditions: severe mold, roaches, and a flooded toilet. To make matters worse, the front office completely neglected the situation, leaving it unresolved. Truly awful customer service and living conditions.
Don’t live here. Infested with roaches, security gate barely works, safety is not the apartment concern. Better options and I feel sorry for anyone giving these ppl Rent…
