The inside of the apartment is very nice and the office is helpful to me. Maintenance changed a lot. I can see a difference now starting with the trash compactor. Glad to see this for my neighborhood.

The amount of ChatGPT and employee reviews is insane so I’m gonna leave a real review right now. I lived here back in November 20 23 to March 2024 left due to a falling out with roommates but more so because the apartment was trash maintenance never addressed any issues. We had our AC broken for the whole summer and they supplied us with the indoor AC that they set up then told us that they would come and grab it when they fix our AC. My dad was found dead in his apartment. the leasing office isn’t helping with anything nor professionally cleaning his apartment so we can get his stuff and put him to rest. this is disgusting, somebody had been dead in there for days what is wrong with them for not even putting a sign up or changing locks so his schizophrenic ex doesn’t go into the apartment again. this is ridiculous i will make this a legal issue if they don’t clean the apartment asap.
I reside at Halston Riverside for quite a while and I want to first extend my appreciation to Lis the office manager who took the time to listen to my concern and corrected the issue I addressed with her regarding appliances. The work team was here and I am satisfied with their job performance. Lis demonstrated a positive attitude and made me feel she cares about my concerns.
