Greatest service I’ve ever got the staff for a very big help. If you need anything they’re willing to take the time to come out their way the apartments look nice. It’s quiet. The views are amazing. Shout out to the people at Hope and Riverside.

As a first time renter, this complex has been very poor in their process. They approved my partner for an apartment, accepted his deposit and a week later decided he is no longer eligible. After charging a third application fee for absolutely no reason, they have yet to refund the deposit. We’ve called several times as he received an email stating it was processed but the address on the check was to their complex and not his current home. I moved in less than two months ago, and unfortunately, my experience so far has been incredibly disappointing !!!!! My car was stolen from the property, and I immediately reached out to the leasing office for help. Despite my repeated requests, I have not received any assistance or even the courtesy of a response from management.
