Flakey & Unprofessional! We had an appointment, that was confirmed by Lynda Green-Alter with a personal note and a call to confirm, and she stood us up. When I called and left a message she said I must have gotten the date wrong that she worked in the hospital on that night. I used her online booking system, and she responded with the date and time I showed up for. It's hard to blame the client for something she should have caught and changed prior to her blowing us off.
