I've been coming to this salon for a few years now, and I love it! Everyone is so friendly, it's like hanging out with friends while you get pretty! I love that there are so many different services, and I always get a great 'do from my favorite lady Lacie. My little boy had his first haircut at Alter Ego, and I've brought him for every haircut ever since. Highly recommended!
This is my new salon. I live in Vancouver and make the trek to Gresham just so I can get my hair cut. I have never left with less than perfect hair.
I've been coming to Alter Ego for 6 years, seeing both Stephanie Bush as a hairstylist and Rida for skin care. They are both extraordinary professionals, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They have both done nothing but exceed my expectations every time. The salon is clean and I am always greeted by someone as soon as I walk in. Mary does a wonderful job running the salon and treats her staff and clients with respect and kindness. I highly recommend Alter Ego Salon!
I love this salon! I've had many services done over the years here... hair by both Heather and Stephanie, a pedicure by Dawn, waxing with Rida and spray tan by Brenda. My experiences have been very relaxing, I feel listened to and taken care of and always share a laugh with the staff member assisting me. I am always welcomed when I walk in the door and given a warm goodbye when leaving. I have no hesitations recommending this salon to my friends and family because they treat you wonderfully!
I have been seeing Dawn at Alter Ego for a year now for my nails! I love her and everyone there! She does an amazing job and can always fit me in if I have to change my regular apt.

Have been there only a few times, but the atmosphere is great, stylists are fantastic, and they do a wonderful and extremely professional job!! All I go in for each time is a haircut, and it's perfection! I've tried these little local barber shops so many times, but they don't compare. It shouldn't be too much to get the haircut you ask for and pay for, and these ladies deliver. Mine is simple.....3/4" on top, blended into 1/2" on sides and back. These gals know their business!!!
