I drove 2 hours to attend class at this amazing, inspiring, fun studio. Crystal Palermo makes this place a life changing and empowering experience for true growth while you sweat your buti off!

Alter Ego is absolutely fantastic!! For all the women who danced as kids, be sure to check this place out! S.E.E.D and Buti Yoga are game changers. Tracy and Crystal are awesome!!!! I highly recommend Alter Ego!
