Bad experience. The manager was rude. He had only one set of keys to the car GLA 250 4matic that I was interested in purchasing. When I asked if he would get me another set of keys, he refused. Then I asked if he would split the cost of getting the second set of keys (even though it is his responsibility to give two sets of keys), he refused and said that I was wasting his time. Don't bother to buy cars from this person. He is rude and has no concept of customer service.

We spoke on the phone several times prior to your arrival, per last conversation on the phone you were suppose to call us back prior to your arrival so we can pull out the vehicle from the showroom, but you did not.
