LOVE my new Nitro that I got from Altech! It had a few noticeable things wrong with it and the dealer was asking $500 over list price. The owner was pretty rude when we test drove the vehicle and pointed these things out, stating "you're trying to make an old vehicle into a new vehicle". That did not sit well with me at all. Thankfully, his wife, Ladan was marvelous!! Such a sweet lady! She contacted me every time I emailed her and was always very helpful. We have really bad experience to buy car from this dealer .We bought a Chevrolet CRUZ on August 18,2018 . car was defective but did not inform us and just reset engine sign and sold us After buying this car when We were coming home after 10 minutes Engine SIGN pop up. After couples minutes check tires pressure sign pop up. When we reached home I called to Altech car and told them about that. We're sorry that you felt that way, if the tire pressure light came on after a day of the purchased then you needed to adjust the pressure on your tires, you have purchased a 2015 Chevy Cruze which is still under factory warranty for 22 months per vehicle report, as far as the check engine light that came on, you went to a different shop before coming to us and fixed your under factory warranty car issue, as far as the missing jack in the car you have never mentioned that to us, probably it's been in the detail shop while th... read more

What a fantastic establishment!! Babar was so helpful and extremely knowlegable and in no ways pushy. He made the sale so easy and was helpful in showing us what we needed. Not to mention, the lady who worked the front desk took it upon herself to entertain our 4 year old so we could get everything completed quickly. She even gave her pizza for lunch as they had it delivered! We would definitely recommend them to anyone searching for a quality used vehicle.
