DO NOT PUT YOUR HEALTH IN ALTAMED’S HANDS. They have had medical test results needed to determine my treatment for weeks. After four calls, multiple complaints, and repeated promises that someone would contact me within 24 hours, I am still waiting while my symptoms continue. This is not just a delay.
