I called to find out what a general exam would cost and ended up going round and round with some of the people there in the insurance dept.for a total time of 1 hour on the phone with them! Even though I told them my monthly income, source & family size, etc., all I got was an estimate that went from $45 to $145! Very frustrating! I was told that if I wanted to know what it would cost I would have to go into the clinic in person BEFORE my appointment! What?
