I had a very positive experience at AltaMed Medical Group. It is a small clinic, but from the moment I arrived, I was treated with kindness and respect. The person at the front desk was very attentive, the nurse who helped me was also very kind and helpful, and the whole process felt organized. The clinic was clean, and the staff was able to communicate in both Spanish and English, which I really appreciated. Hi, I want to clarify that there is a long wait time and they don’t accept walk ins if Dr Isaac Berlin is stressed out super busy , only by appointment if you book it a month in advance since he’s so busy. , but I was a few minutes late because I had initially gone to the West Lake location.
