Not worth the price at all. They told us when touring that we’d prefer living here over a regular apartment because we wouldn’t be able to hear our neighbors during the day, this was false. Unless you’re living in a 3 bed that isn’t attached to another home you’ll be able to hear your neighbors as if you’re in an apartment unfortunately. The actual builds of the buildings seem to be built well and sturdy, but the insides are not of equal quality. They seem to be finished in a rush. The leasing office is amazing, very helpful, professional, and always willing to assist. They make everything easy and stress free. I really enjoy living here.
