Great food, great atmosphere and an amazing view of the city.

Great food. Great view. Great atmosphere. We started with the very generous appetizers: my wife had the BBQ ribs. (My brother-in-law is a master of all things BBQ. He has me spoiled to the point, where it's a major letdown, whenever I order ribs when dining out. The ones at Altabira were down right delicious... yep, I stole me a few bites). View great; dates back... Top of Cosmo, then Windows... now ' Tavern. No prices offered on Dinner Special, don't disturb waitress as she takes orders for 12 people... otherwise, service okay. Portion size on Special Entree was like Split Orders... She assured us This Was A Full Portion; Not!!! Once somebody, surprisingly, picked up tab for All... She said Goodbye and Disappeared!!! Not Fine Dining, but great outdoor area.
Menu wasn't our style but the service was great and the layout was very cool and modern
