My blinds and shades are from ALTA, just bought a home and had them installed, Im loving them I had them in my past home also. Good quality products

I tried to telephone this company, there phone number is not working. The sales representative that sold these expensive motorized blinds to me has disconnected number and left town. The string broke and I need to have them restrung. Would not recommend this company EVER.
I have 10 (Top Down, Bottom Up) automated honeycomb blinds from this manufacturer. I have had nothing but trouble with them, they are noisy, the batteries only last about 6 months. Intermittent issues like no response from the app or remotes. I purchased a total of five remotes but I can only get one to work, as soon as another one is programmed the other one stops working. I feel like there quality control and product development needs an abundance of advancement if they plan on staying in business for another 10 years. Avo... read more
Do not buy window coverings from this company either directly or through a third party. 2 months after my faux wood blinds were installed they warped from the west sun exposure. Their only solution was to credit me for the warped ones so now I will have different window coverings on each side of my house. I wanted them all to be replaced since they are so cheaply made and I would have bought better ones from them but it was not an option for them.
