Great Never been happier with a management company! They do everything I need them to and they do a great job at all of it. They also make themselves available to answer any questions or make changes when necessary. I am very satisfied with all they have done for us.
Have yet to be disappointed I have had a management agreement with Alta Vista for almost 3 years and I can honestly say that they have lived up top the agreement, and completed everything as stated within the agreement for my rental. From advertising to tenant screening, I have not yet been disappointed with the work and effort that Alta Vista has completed for me. I particularly enjoy the convenience of the electronic deposits made directly to my account.
One of the Best! I have owned a rental property for several years and have had my fair share of not so great property management companies. When I came across Alta Vista, I was apprehensive to hire them because I was afraid of receiving mediocre service at a premium price HOWEVER, that has not been the case. They have out preformed my previous management companies by far. They have the ability to supply quality tenants, and communicate with me about pretty much everything. I could not be happier.
Best in SD! I have had a positive experience with Jackie and her staff. They are definitely one of the better property management businesses I have dealt with. They really do give my property the attention it deserves and charge reasonable fees for the services that are provided.
Great Rental I have been renting a place in Mission Valley for the last 6 months that is managed by Alta Vista. The place was so clean when I moved in that I did not have to mark a thing on the initial inspection form. The last 6 months have been great and I look froward to the next!
