Very caring vet clinic I have used this vet clinic for many years and then my job transferred me out of town. I truly miss this very friendly and caring environment and truly do not believe anything these other people have wrote except for Pam. This is exactly how my animals have been treated as though they were their own! But you can not make everyone happy so these unhappy people need to leave and let us have this fun loving vet clinic! These people love their jobs!
Extremely Good Care at Alta Vista I am surprised at anything that could be said that is less than 100% CARING about Alta Vista Animal Hospital. I have trusted all of my animals to the staff for more than 20 years. They have saved my horses, dogs, and even donkey! It is not uncommon for them to stay up all night to save an animals life. Bad all around Worst care and customer service I??ve seen in over 30 years of taking my pets to the vet. Rude people at the front desk, doctor seemed ??less than intelligent? and they never were able to help our cat. Their office is dirty (dust and dirt everywhere) and it smells worst than the pound. Safe your time and money The worst animal hospital I have ever been too. I have been putting up with them for the past 3 years and I can??t handle there attitudes anymore. Staff extremely rude, no customer service, and don??t care for your animal. I had so many tests done for my dog when she was sick and they didn??t even want to figure out what was wrong with her. DO NOT bring your animal here! Our cat was in serious shape and would have probably died within 24 hours when I brought her to Alta Vista Animal Hospital. The staff was totally apathetic, almost as if bored with their profession. The facility was filthy and smelled bad. When our cat required initial blood testing to determine her condition, Dr. Stephanie, DVM, smeared a slide on the exam table where my kitty had bled a bit as opposed to actually testing a drawn sample (she later drew blood). Needs Customer Service Course Medical care is adequate but indifferent. Staff and one of doctors are belligerent, rude, and uncooperative. After putting up with this for nearly 4 years, I quit.
