This place is a dump. You can't get them to fix anything. The people upstairs from me had a dog that urinated on the balcony several times. I told the mgr. and they just said they were sorry but did nothing. I always paid my rent early, and left a forwarding address for my last water bill. They sent it to the wrong address, but I still got it and they turned me into collections before the bill was even due. Due on the 1st but turned into collections 5 days after I moved out.
