I have been with Alta for many years and this is my first non-5-star review. Issues began last week receiving horrible customer service after I called to schedule my service because it had been a while and we were having issues. I was informed that I was forgotten on the schedule somehow. I asked if I could get sooner on the schedule due to this mistake but the service manager denied the request made and refused to provide reasoning why they couldn’t rectify their mistake. Very efficient and professional.
Damien did an excellent job identifying problems I didn’t know I had, spent extra time and just did a great job overall. Great experience with Alta so far.
Chase did a great job very thorough. Explained the process to me and made sure I did not have any issues or concerns at the end.
Salesman was nice and not pushy. Tech did his job and was pleasant about it. Nice company.
