This apartment is everything you want and MORE! Safety is my first priority, I️ love that the parking garage is completely secure and there’s even a security guard. Maintenance staff is super prompt! I’ve been here almost a full year and they’ve fixed all my problems within 24 hours or less. The apartments are super modern and the layouts utilize the space provided. Signed my 3rd lease last month, and no plans on leaving next year- love this place! Staff has always been very attentive, pleasant, and welcoming. Johnny and Brandon are always there to help if you ever need anything. In the rare event of a maintenance call, Lee and the rest of the crew respond promptly, fix the problem immediately, and even follow-up to ensure everything is still functioning properly after the repair. I was getting home from work as the office was closing for a holiday and Brandon ran out and stopped me. Johnny ran and got me my package. It was super helpful — they always go above and beyond.
I've only lived here for about six weeks and I never felt so welcome and to be so familiar with my neighbors and staff from the fabulous group activities and events the complex host. Our leasing agent Johnny made application and moving process so simple even with our laundry list of demands he made everything happened and strive beyond excellence. Am so happy to be part of AMS family. I love my new home!!
I have been living in AMS about 6 weeks now and really have loved my time here. Johnny and Brendan have been great leasing personnel and pleasant to work with when needed. Maintenance requests have always been done very quickly when I put them in. I love the amenities and resident events. I spent months looking for an apartment and as my friends have said to me theirselves, I have made a great choice.
I just have to brag on Johnny and Brandon in the office for a second. My boyfriend and I have lived here for a little over a year and I have never experienced their level of service and care in an apartment complex. They seriously bend over backwards to help you! They remember you, they're always trying to exceed your expectations and they promote a sense of community and being home. My friend lives at alta, but even I feel like a valued resident. Alta constantly throws events that I’m welcomed to attend, and each one is a blast! Alta has a great “home-feel” and I love visiting!
A special THANK YOU to Johnny S. who is absolutely fabulous. He went above and beyond helping me get into my new home. After checking out several complexes in Victory Park and Uptown I decided to Make Alta Maple Station my new home soley because of Johnny who excels in customer service.
