Years ago we were looking for a new place. My mom was with me. We looked and looked and just as we were too tired to look further, we said, "Okay, this one more, then we're done." The minute we drove thru the gate, she said "This is the one!" That was almost 20 years ago. We've loved it. The grounds are BROWN, not green. The property management, La Perla, doesn’t seem to know how to budget money effectively & the streets are a literal DISASTER & safety hazard
