Overpriced for the size of your room No privacy no locks on doors. Leasing officers are a nightmare to deal with they will miss your emails ? Unprofessional management team!!! They’re pretty much useless after you sign your lease. Ask to be transferred from my current room. From day one of move in date. It’s been 5 months now. Got stuck on elevator took an hour for someone to help me get out. You can find better for the same price and hopefully with a better management team.
If I could give it 0 stars, I would. STAY AWAY!!! The building and the amenities are great but the management experience has been the WORST! There are persistent flooding issues that don't get the attention they deserve to safely correct the issue, which leads to further damage that could have been prevented. Frances helped me to find a good room and she even assign proper roommate to people, she and also the doorman answered our questions patiently, the cleaner also makes the public place super clean! It’s a good living experience!
It has been almost 2 months since I left this place and still I haven’t received my security deposit back. I’ve sent several emails and even visited to the office. And when I asked the manager if it is only me who is going through this annoying and uncomfortable situation, he said I’m the only case and now that I saw these reviews everything was a full of lies.
