Sadly I feel this is the only way I feel I can get their attention. I’ve been dealing with a broken air conditioner for weeks, and management refuses to take responsibility. Every time I contact them, I get a different excuse—Meanwhile, I’m stuck sweating with no end in sight. Plus I have a son with really bad asthma. This kind of negligence is completely unacceptable. If you’re thinking about moving here, don’t. They clearly don’t care about their tenants’ basic comfort or health.
Honestly think the one lady I keep running into is a racist. She never wants to show me an apartment like I can never even apply, get a tour or anything. I scheduled a tour for today only to get told that it won’t be available when Im ready for move in and it’s a month out. So when am I supposed to apply a week or two before Im ready to move in???
Mold, old carpet, vanity in bathroom has decayed wood. Overpriced for what your getting
