One of their workers knocked on my door at 8:30 pm claiming to be a maintenance man. My ring doorbell caught the entire footage. He was wearing a hat with the company name. I filed a police report. For my privacy I won’t show the door but he knows who he is. Skinny medium brown black man with a grey beard wearing red headphones with a cross on his neck stay away from my door!

Horrible experience with one of their workers! If I can give them a 0 I would. On Monday, January 2nd, I was at IAH in Houston picking up family (that I hadn’t seen in 2 years, including my mother who has dementia)and was trying to find a way to terminal to get to the parking garage.
