If I could give a zero I would. Shantel Tarasenko, is a snake and should be fired for lying to people. But I guess that’s what this company prides itself on. Worst management company ever.
The worst property management company hands down. So Unprofessional. Once we cut ties with them they wouldn’t even forward the proper documents to the new company after they said it would be a smooth transition. Milked our community for money for years and so glad they are gone. Wouldn’t recommend them to a single person.
