This dentist is the worst! He wears a smile but has an extremely nasty undertone and I feel extremely bad for his revolving door of staff members who have to endure this hostile work environment that I’ve observed as a patient which is ridiculous. Last 3 visits I had to wait at least an hour and a half past my appointment time as it’s always mentioned that “he’s by himself” wonder why! My first appointment today at AlSaleh Dental Center went well. Dr. AlSaleh explained my care plan very clearly. I'm pleased.
Would rather argue with his long time patient about my finances instead of doing his job and giving my exam after my cleaning. I had to get out of chair myself and walk out! Very unprofessional and rude! I know I will never go back there again!
I have been a patient for years (lost count!) since He came to Martinsburg. I'm a 68 year old man and have developed many issues with my teeth over the years. I have also lived in a number of different states while growing up and during my earlier married life. I have seen many dentists over those years, some good, some not so good, and some DONE RIGHT BAD ONES!! Dr. Al-Saleh is fantastic! I had a dental emergency over the Thanksgiving holiday. He corresponded with me via email and saw me right away the next business day! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and I am very appreciative of Dr. Al-Saleh and the staff he has assembled.
Everyone was courteous, friendly, professional and caring.
Wonderful staff and Dr. Al-Saleh was kind and efficient. It was a procedure I had been dreading, but they made it as smooth as possible.

My first visit. Office staff was friendly. I was surprised that the administrative staff had not called MetLife about my benefits. Otherwise, I was fairly impressed with the staff and the dentist. Cleaning done with hi-tech equipment was great. Scheduled for an extraction and periodontal scaling. Not sure the extraction is completely necessary yet based on how I feel and on x-rays I've had and seen before - perhaps a way to make more money? Hasn't earned my trust quite yet.
