Horrible customer service. 1 month after install, the molding came off the side of the door. Receptionist has been giving me the run around. I am going to contact BBB. They will not come out she said until they are in my area which she couldnt give a date. Asked for supervisor but she keeps saying no one is there. In essence, they are saying Im stuck. Once they get your money, they're done with you. I am so upset. I should have done some investigation.

You contacted us last week 9/10/19 regarding a repair you needed on the plastic "molding" you mentioned had "fallen off", to which we then informed you we would schedule a repair to go out there hopefully the following week (this week) once we were in your area. We would not recommend this company for glass shower doors. Upon installation, one of our tiles cracked. We had to have the tile replaced and they came back and reinstalled the door. That was in October 2017. We left, went north and returned December 2017. When we opened the shower door, the tile cracked again. Obviously not a good fit. We called the company twice to resolve this issue and they never called us back. We would never advise doing business with this company.

It is unfortunate that you feel this way. We completed the installation the second time and the tile did not break, it was left in perfect condition. The hinges and hardware that we use go according to specs of the glass being installed. We can assure you that the "fit" is not the problem. We have over 10 yrs of experience and have completed installation on all types of tiles and walls.
