Went there this morning for pancakes and ended up with crumble cakes instead and when the owner seen that they were not at the Quality which helps makes the standard for his business he still sent 2 more out that still crumbled to pieces...and instead of him apologizing he blamed the disturbing company....guess what as a customer I don't care about that...then to top is off he didn't adjust the check....so I paid $10 for ham and 2 eggs w/cheese.....poor customer service and this was not taking care of the customer or the bus... read more

I've always enjoyed Al's until this morning. Family of four had a late breakfast and we were overcharged for several items. When we pointed them out at the register only one was adjusted - an order of bacon that never arrived. Al stood firm on the others, comfortably charging us prices that were not on the menu while we stated we felt had. Any establishment that does not work to make sure the customer is happy is one I'm not willing to eat at again. There are a lot of breakfast skillets in town. Adios Al's.

We strive to accommodate customer's requests for items outside of our menu, in this case, your request for a coffee/hot chocolate mix. As such, we are at liberty to set a price for said item. It was both aknowledged and apologized for the order of bacon you did not receive by the owner who immediately removed the item from the bill.
