Their sign says "& towing", they have a tow truck outside, but when I called them they said they dont do towing. Didnt even have a chance to use their other services.

If it was at all possible to give less then a single star for a rating I would. In all my life I have never seen this kind of customer service. They claim to run a business but it's nothing but a scam. The owner Al is to thank for this rating a literal man child yelling and screaming because a young woman wanted a different opinion on parts and repair cost charging over $600 for a $150 job.
