I had a terrible experience with this steel company. The unloading process was painfully slow and completely disorganized. I was left waiting for hours with no clear communication or sense of urgency from the staff. It honestly felt like no one cared that drivers were on a schedule. There was no proper coordination, and employees seemed either overwhelmed or just uninterested in doing their jobs efficiently. Told me to reschedule an interview for being 2 minutes late after driving 40 minutes to get there.
Great place to work for, and they take good care of their employees. A company that puts the customer first.
