Very forced 4 but it’s not the DR. The Dr is only as good as her office /staff. 5/5 for the doctor. If you don’t care about the office/staff, you’ll like it here. Otherwise professional lacks throughout, too much sassy and personality, eating, on the phone, no sanitation. Business is that. This is coming from the most untraditional person you’ll ever know.
Doctor drummond is the best out there.. She will make your children top priority and get you in when nobody else will. I've been taking my grandson to her since he was two months old.And I would not take him to a different pediatrician, ever. Rhonda howard
Love me some Dr. Drummond. I have driven to the Tampa office several times just for her. Knowledgeable and caring
The best doctor! Extremely caring, takes her time to explain things clearly and in depth. Actually lets you ramble on even though the office is busy, she does not make you feel rushed. She remembers the small details other doctors does not.
Recommendation: if you are going to have walk in hours, do not also schedule appointments during this time. We loved seeing Dr Drummond last year. We loved the care and time taken to go over our kids care and history as we were switching providers since our previous drs moved. Our kids don’t really get sick but when they did this past week - it took calling multiple times and selecting different options in order to get someone to answer the phone.
