RecommendedZara at Alpine was the most incredibly helpful person I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I got stranded in town a few days longer than expected but my luggage made it back to my home state with my glasses and contacts in tow. They don't do what they promise. The insurance billing person is the dumbest. She doesn't bill correctly and then won't fix it when the Insurance company asks. Getting ready to file a lawsuit against them because my cataract claim is tied up because of their incompetence.
Yes, the Alpine eye doctors are awesome. I've seen Dr Reuter for years and really trust him with my eye care. Suzanne Dunn is a rock star at helping me choose the right frames for my petite face. Over the years she's gotten to know me so well she can pull frames before I even walk in the door, and she nails my style preferences every single time! I don't ever want to buy frames from anyone else (although I'm sure the others in the office are just as fabulous.) Awesome service from everyone at Alpine!
Great doctor and friendly staff
A visit to Alpine Vision saved my eyesight. Dr. Merryman referred me to the right place to have the eye surgery I needed to correct a condition that had impaired my vision in one eye. I am so grateful to the care and concern that was shown, that was for me, such a dramatic situation with my vision. I am on my way to recovery and I thank Alpine Vision for the wonderful professionalism they afforded me.
Eye exams are never something to “look” forward to. But from the office manager to the optometrist everyone were professional and fast. It was no fun having to go to the springs office but necessary because of the availability of machines. My daughter gets her contacts from them and usually we have no problems recycling the old ones but she is 15 and HATES doctor appointments. I would recommend this eye place and I have been all over this city trying to find an eye doctor for myself and kids. They are great.

Alpine Vision is truly a professional business; the website, people and services offered are excellent. This new location is beautifully and functionally remodeled and decorated. I have never experienced anything but excellent service from all my friends at Alpine. Yes, I said friends, friends are people that help you when you need them, friends make you feel accepted, friends make you feel comfortable. These are the things I feel anytime I have visited Alpine, and I will continue to utilize them.
