These apartments are roach infested!!! No matter what I do I cant get rid of them!! When I have voiced my concerns to the Office manager Laura she just states that she will “have pest control come” , yet I already pay for it to be included in my rent!! I am counting down the days until my lease is over!!
Laura and Julie were very professional while showing me the units and property. They have made it very hard not to want to rent here. Thanks again ladies!!!
Management is not the problem for me. They are good people. The units are old and in my unit I continue to fight with roaches. I move the refrigerator out and clean behind it every week because the motor is home to all kinds of roaches. I have glue traps out to catch the roaches but still struggle. The pest control agency they sent over didn’t help. One of the things I dislike about living here are my neighbors. This property is extremely outdated!! Went for a tour today with the property manager Lori gave me a rushed viewing of an apartment and told me that this isn’t the one I would be renting as “it’s still being worked on “. I was thankful that wasn’t the apartment as I saw multiple dead roaches randomly throughout the “mini tour”. When arriving today I assumed I would get to see the actual apartment available or even a model apartment.
