Management is not the problem for me. They are good people. The units are old and in my unit I continue to fight with roaches. I move the refrigerator out and clean behind it every week because the motor is home to all kinds of roaches. I have glue traps out to catch the roaches but still struggle. The pest control agency they sent over didn’t help. One of the things I dislike about living here are my neighbors. This property is extremely outdated!! Went for a tour today with the property manager Lori gave me a rushed viewing of an apartment and told me that this isn’t the one I would be renting as “it’s still being worked on “. I was thankful that wasn’t the apartment as I saw multiple dead roaches randomly throughout the “mini tour”. When arriving today I assumed I would get to see the actual apartment available or even a model apartment. Been here for 6 years, and we have the best managers! Laura is absolutely amazing! She has fixed every single issue I’ve came to her with. They’ve went above and beyond for us. Not to mention, it’s so convenient and you won’t beat the price!
The apartment is big and the community is safe so far ! I had been here for over 6 months and I m happy we pick this place
