We lived here for 2.5 years and had an amazing experience throughout. The maintenance service was always prompt, efficient, and reliable. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The community is surrounded by greenery and well-maintained spaces, making it a pleasant place to live. Most importantly, we always felt safe in the neighborhood. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a comfortable and secure place to call home!
Pros- Maintenance is fast responding and easily reached, everything in good condition, fiber internet is great. Closet and pantry space is more than expected. Love that animals are allowed. Close to peach street Cons- some staff is rude. Dog park is just a fenced in area. Unreasonable expectations for parking in winter. The nicest place I've ever lived. It's in a nice area close to 90, 79, and Peach Street and not far from downtown. My neighbors are really friendly. The pool is awesome. I love that there is a storage room and pets are allowed. Last, maintenance is extremely quick to respond. I've only had 2 minor issues in my four years living here and maintenance came the same day. I'm really happy here!
