Alpine Terrace apartments is one of the best in this area. I have lived in Canoga Park for the past 25 years. As a single mother, I am always searching for a place that is safe and clean. I feel that Alpine Terrace offers all that I need. There is laundry on site. Secured parking lot. This a gated community. I am happy that the pool is well maintained, the courtyard looks great and they even have barbeque grills on site. Lady named Martha has some issues. She needs some time off or something
Martha is very rude. Even when I was trying to be nice after she messed up my car. Literally said I dint care about people property
i have been living here for almost two years and im very happy because the building is always clean and the manager is excellent!!! every time there is an issue, she will respond quickly and fix the problem fast! very professional and kind!!!
I lived there for almost 3 years, never had problem with Jeff I guess his name the previous property manager, was a nice guy and Martha is new property manager, and was nice to me too , memories 😀
