I've lived here for 10 years and still counting. All managers have been a problem but Martha is the worst manager because she denied fumigation for pest control. She did not see roaches so she does not want to do it. If I had pest control done 3 years ago how is this treatment a waste. Someone put this poison on the countertops. My son can eat this so dangerous which is why it should not be put on the counter. Does not give a time frame when she'll be coming just barges in the door non-chalant. Alpine Terrace apartments is one of the best in this area. I have lived in Canoga Park for the past 25 years. As a single mother, I am always searching for a place that is safe and clean. I feel that Alpine Terrace offers all that I need. There is laundry on site. Secured parking lot. This a gated community. I am happy that the pool is well maintained, the courtyard looks great and they even have barbeque grills on site. Martha is very rude. Even when I was trying to be nice after she messed up my car. Literally said I dint care about people property
i have been living here for almost two years and im very happy because the building is always clean and the manager is excellent!!! every time there is an issue, she will respond quickly and fix the problem fast! very professional and kind!!!
