I’ve recently moved into the Alpine Terrace apartments had positive experiences so far. I’ve noticed that the manager is very patient and really helped my girlfriend I get situated. She provides a very thorough and detail tour of the apartment complex. I got a studio apartment and really enjoy the fact that every area is sectioned off. It doesn’t feel like one giant room. I’ve been along time resident Alpine Terrace. We recently just got new Management of the building she has been very helpful and plans on making new changes that I look forward to.
I have lived at Alpine Terrace for over 20 years and apartment living doesn't get much better than this. Nice, quiet 'woodsy' grounds. Beautiful pool. Well maintained...if there's an issue, it will get taken care of. All the bedroom windows were recently replaced with sound-deadening ones, making the apartments quieter than before.
