I had the best experience with Sammie!! My 90 minute facial was amazing and super relaxing. I left with my skin glowing and a new skin regime with their superior skincare products Skin Image. Once again I have had a problem with Alpine Ridge's appointment process. This morning I arrived for my 10:30 pedicure appointment to be told that my appointment was for 10:00 and that there was not enough time for my pedicure. When I returned home I checked my calendar and the phone message confirming my appointment for 10:30! I called Alpine and was told that indeed my appointment had been for 10:30 and they had just assumed I was the late 10:00 appointment! Amazing Stylist's and GREAT customer service. I had a photo and an image that I wanted to walk out with. My hair stylist Erin took time to listen to me and created the exact look that I wanted! I recommend you make an appointment TODAY!
