Very unprofessional i would not recommend for any one find another company to find your apartment. It was filled with rats and when I asked for my security deposit back they said I damaged something’s in the house so they won’t be giving me back. I REPEAT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE
What I don't understand is how you can't schedule a viewing for the house but they want you to apply for something you can't see?Fraudulent
Don’t recommend, paid the fee and heard back 2 weeks later. Got denied even though i applied for the cheapest, ugliest house thats been on the market for over 60 days. I don’t have credit, but i do have a great record of always paying on time. And make 4X the amount of the property. Edit: how can anyone become a client if you all charge and deny. Went to fs houses instead with people that actually answer
