when i rented from Alpine i had nothing but problems from these slum lords!!!! they never fixed any issues only put Band-Aids on things!! my Sub pump in the basement kept breaking or just straight up stopped working!! it stunk up my house constantly to the point i had to break my lease and move out!! 8 years later they sued me for$5000 for breaking the lease (which the statue of limitations is 6 years) 2 years after i paid it off they are now Sueing me for $3200 FOR post judgement interest!!!! like really!!! terrible terrib... read more
